RetouchUp IS:
- People powered. Our artists can achieve more customizable results than just a machine. Many of our artists have been with us for more than a decade. Your photos are handcrafted by a professional. And more than that, you can call or email us and get a response from a real person!
- A business enhancing tool. If you’re not behind a computer all day you can take on more work. Now you don’t have to have the pain of hiring seasonally during your busiest time of the year since RetouchUp can meet any demand in a timely manner.
- A time saver. You no longer have to spend hours doing the same mundane or difficult mundane photo editing tasks. RetouchUp frees you to do any number of things to help your business grow.
- A service where you can get any photo editing done. RetouchUp helps with a whole spectrum of photo retouching, not just portraits. Real estate, food, business, events, weddings, families, pets, boudoir, fashion, seniors, product, sports, newborns – we’ve done it all and can do it all.
- Guaranteed. If your photo doesn’t look quite right or something was missed, send the photo back to our team and we’ll fix it. We want you to be happy with the results and that might mean a little extra communication, but we’ll keep trying!
RetouchUp is NOT:
- AI powered. We don’t use AI. Your photos are retouched by hand by professional artists, it’s real artisan editing. This sets our retouching team and company apart and we couldn’t be happier about it! We’ve reviewed many types of AI software and many have a particular “look” that has convinced us that retouching by hand gives a more natural look and feel to photos.
- A personal assistant. We have an awesome customer service team who can answer any of your questions about an order or our system, but they don’t upload photos on your behalf, write instructions (although they can give helpful tips and suggestions), or process orders.
